NestPays acts only as an online marketplace and platform provider.

2. User Eligibility

To use NestPays you must:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials secure.
• Updating account information when necessary.
• All activities performed under their account.

NestPays is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account due to your negligence.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from NestPays, buyers agree to:

• Use products only for lawful purposes.
• Read the product description before purchasing.
• Verify product compatibility before purchase.
• Not misuse, redistribute, or illegally share purchased products.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of sellers.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Every seller is solely responsible for:

• Products uploaded to the platform.
• Product descriptions and accuracy.
• Copyright ownership.
• Licensing rights.
• Product quality.
• Product updates.
• Customer support related to their products.

NestPays is not responsible for any false, misleading, or infringing content uploaded by independent sellers.

6. Marketplace Commission

NestPays operates on a commission-based marketplace model.

• Sellers agree that 10% commission will be deducted from each successful sale.
• The remaining amount will be credited to the seller according to the platform’s payout process.
• Commission rates may be updated in the future with prior notice.

7. Digital Product Delivery

All products sold through NestPays are digital products.

After successful payment:

• Customers receive access to purchased products electronically.
• No physical shipping is involved.
• Delivery time may vary depending on product configuration and platform processing.

8. Payments

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.

NestPays does not store:

• Debit Card Numbers
• Credit Card Numbers
• UPI PINs
• Banking Passwords

Payment processing is subject to the policies of the payment provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, website content, branding, and software used on NestPays belong to their respective owners.

Sellers retain ownership of their uploaded products unless otherwise agreed.

Purchasing a product grants the buyer only the usage rights described by the seller and does not transfer copyright ownership.

10. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Upload copyrighted content without authorization.
• Sell illegal, stolen, or fraudulent products.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software.
• Attempt to hack or exploit the platform.
• Use automated bots without permission.
• Share purchased products without authorization.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Violate applicable laws.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account.

11. Copyright Policy

Sellers must upload only content they own or are legally authorized to distribute.

If a copyright complaint is received and verified, NestPays may:

• Remove the product.
• Suspend the seller account.
• Permanently terminate the account for repeated violations.
• Cooperate with legal authorities where required.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the official Refund & Cancellation Policy published on NestPays.

Users are advised to read the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

13. Account Suspension

NestPays reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in:

• Fraudulent activity
• Copyright infringement
• Illegal content
• Abuse of the platform
• Repeated policy violations
• Payment fraud
• Harmful or malicious behavior

No prior notice may be required in serious cases.

14. Limitation of Liability

NestPays provides the platform on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestPays shall not be liable for:

• Seller misconduct
• Buyer misuse
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Third-party service failures
• Payment gateway downtime
• Product defects created by independent sellers

15. Third-Party Services

NestPays may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, analytics providers, and external websites.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

16. Changes to Terms

NestPays may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
